my fern trees leaves are falling off and sap is pouring out all over it is bubbling out like spit. im guessing it has a disease? but i dont know for sure or how to find out or what to do. any help would be appreciated greatly. thanks. ps. i dont know what kind of fern it is i just moved into this house and it was allready here.
