for a boy or a girl. I like old unusual names, do you know any?
I like the name Fern for a baby girl, what does anyone else think of this name? What other names do you like?
I like Fern. I think it's a super sweet name. And it shouldn't be too hard to grow into. I can picture both a young child and an older women named Fern.
Eden will be my daughter's name when she comes in Sep.
I like unusual names as well... but I'm not a big fan of normal names spelled differently. I like simple words that just aren't used for names very often. Or older names that aren't "in".
Reply:I don't really like the name Fern.

Sorry.
I especially do not like names if they have meaning in any language I know.
For example Fern means Tele (or distance)
in German... I would never put it to my kids.

Reply:I agree with some of the others, Fern is a bit much, but people do name their children Rose, Lily, Tulip and Cherry, but you hear no complaints there with those names. If you like it go for it. I like long beautiful names like:

Or
Elizabeth
