The author, Wilson Rawls, only died in 1984, so his book will still be protected by international copyright for about another 53 years. You can't legally read it online for free.
You might find in illegally on Limewire, but there are many problems with Limewire. One is that the files you find there may contain viruses. If you leave a copyrighted file in your own folder for others to copy, you'll be exposing yourself to lawsuit liabilities in the tens of thousands of dollars. And downloading the file to read for free would be stealing.
One possible exception: Sometimes it is possible to get free copies of e-books through your library. Check with your librarian if they can get this title for you. The library will have paid for the rights, so you won't be doing anything wrong.
